How long does delivery take?
Orders placed within the Greater Malé area before 12 PM are typically delivered the same day or the next day. Please note that delays may occur due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. Deliveries to other islands and regions are dependent on courier and ferry operations.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept both online bank transfers and cash on delivery. For payments made from non-BML accounts, kindly note that orders can only be dispatched once the payment has been received and verified in our account. Processing times may vary depending on the operating procedures of individual banks.
Can I return my order?
Yes. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 3 days. Contact us on WhatsApp or email to arrange a return.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we deliver within the Maldives only. International shipping will be available in the near future.
How do I earn reward points?
You earn 1 point for every MVR 1 spent. Points can be redeemed on future orders. Create an account to start earning.
Are the watches water resistant?
Each watch has its own water resistance rating listed in the product specifications. Check the product page before use.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a WhatsApp message and E-mail when your order is confirmed and when it is dispatched. You can also check your order status in My Account.
